FitLog is an AI-powered fitness tracking application that operates as a ChatGPT widget. The Service allows users to track food intake, workouts, weight, and other fitness-related metrics through natural conversation with ChatGPT. FitLog provides visualizations, analytics, and insights based on the data you provide.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOP NOCODERS FZCO AND FITLOG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

11. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and requesting deletion of your data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
